When feeling down and it's all sunny and happy outside, I would opt to do spring in a Vera Wang way (although probably in a more affordable way) . Wear a cute black and gray dress, like this one (from her spring 2010 collection) made party-friendly with the beautiful sequin encrusted belt, as well as shoulder applique.!
